Getting Here

By festival bus from Cheltenham and Bishop’s Cleeve

A dedicated bus service runs every 20 minutes from Cheltenham throughout the festival on Friday and Saturday. Tickets need to be bought in advance—found on the “Multi Day” day section of the ticketing page—but are valid for unlimited journeys. The service starts at Cheltenham Portland Street and stops at both Cheltenham Racecourse Park & Ride and Smith’s North Bus Stop, on the outskirts of Bishop’s Cleeve, en route to the festival. Well behaved dogs may travel on festival buses, provided they remain on a lead and on the floor. A downloadable timetable is available below.

There is an extra bus running on Saturday this year to ensure no breaks in service to allow for driver rest.

On Friday the first shuttle departs Winchcombe at 17:30 and the last departs the festival at 23:40. On Saturday the first shuttle departs Winchcombe at 11:00 and the last departs the festival at 21:40.
